If you want to be the next Chef of the year, our Certificate III in Commercial Cookery will equip you with the skills, techniques and knowledge to become a qualified Chef and secure work in a range of organisations (restaurants, clubs, pubs, cafés or bistros).

With the Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, you will be able to own and manage your own food business, be able to manage a kitchen within a large hotel, or your own and operate your own small hotel/motel.
